Brewing Guide: How to Use the French Press
What you’ll need:

French Press brewer (glass and stainless steel)

Peaberry coffee (coarse grind)

Hot water (approx. 94°C / 200°F)

Timer and scale (optional)
Step-by-Step:
1. Preheat the brewer
Pour hot water into the French Press to warm it up, then discard the water before you begin.
2. Add the coffee
Use 30g of Peaberry coffee for 500ml of water. Adjust to taste.
3. Add the water
Slowly pour in the hot water, fully covering the coffee grounds. Gently stir with a wooden spoon or stir stick to ensure even saturation.
4. Place the lid and steep
Place the lid with the plunger pulled up and let the coffee steep for 4 minutes.
5. Press and serve
After steeping, slowly press the plunger down and serve immediately for a rich, aromatic, and full-bodied cup.
