I bought nine months worth of Doka coffee because I love it! I don’t want to drink any other brand. Taking it on the road with me for a six month book tour in an RV and leaving a bag at home so I know I have some when I get back.
We first bought a bag of these beans when we did an absolutely brilliant tour of the plantation whilst on holiday. They were the best beans we have ever tasted - and we have tried many from various suppliers and roasters. We were delighted that they could be delivered to the UK, so immediately bought more. Makes the most delicious cup of French press coffee. My daughters were in Costa Rica and experienced the coffee tour at Hacienda Doka. The dark roast was their favorite and we now enjoy it at home!

I first discovered Doka coffee in 2012, while visiting Costa Rica. I have been buying and enjoying Doka coffee ever since. I love my coffee, and Doka is the one I prefer. Recently, however, it is only available in small 10.5oz bags... wish they would bring back the 1 kilo bags I previously purchased.
The quality and flavor is outstanding! We visited and did the tour of your processing and purchased several different ones at that time. This was our favorite and had to buy more. What a warm and beautiful place. Loved the new John Deere tractor!

We were in Costa Rica a few years ago and toured your plantation. We bought coffee while we were there and enjoyed it. Its been a while so I bought some more. I i enjoy the smooth flavor.
We visited Hacienda Doka in February 2026. Costa Rica is a special place and the coffee is fabulous. We were pleasantly surprised how much we liked the Dark Roast. We thought we were medium roast fans until we tried Doka's fragrant roast. We will keep buying it. Thanks for the tour, thanks for the tasting, and thanks for shipping to the USA!!
Ever since visiting the Doka plantation in Costa Rica, I've been hooked on their coffee! My favorite is the dark roast. Nothing else can even compare to the taste! I've even converted my friends to Doka. The absolute best!

We toured the coffee plantation when we vacationed in Costa Rica in March. We had a lovely experience and left with 7 bags of dark roast. After we got back home, my husband made our former coffee brand several mornings and then surprised me with the Doka coffee. I immediately commented that that morning’s brew was much better than usual. That’s when he told me it was the Doka. We recently ordered 7 more.

Our daughter visited many, many years ago and brought us back a pound of the best coffee we had ever had. We are uncertain what the actual roast was so we bought 3 different roasts. Although this was very good (we thought the other we tried was the dark roast) it did not give us the same "OH WOW!" as before. Perhaps it is like wine and depends greatly on the year and conditions of the harvest. We look forward to trying the other two.
Everything came on time without any issues and the coffee tastes great. The only issue was that everything was in American price and by the time I saw the conversion (to Canadian dollars) it was very expensive for the amount of coffee I got. It was still worth it as a special gift to remember the trip I just had and the visit to your plantation!
